Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the FiestaMind iOS app and the website fiestamind.app, published by TAKE IN LTD, 210 Old Brompton Road, The Workary, London, SW5 0BS, England (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.
What the app does
FiestaMind generates a suggested party shopping list — items by category with quantities per guest and rough price estimates — based on the event, guests, budget and other answers you provide, using an AI model. Items are described generically (for example “paper plates 9 inch, 100 count”); the app does not name or endorse specific brands.
AI suggestions — no guarantees
All suggestions, quantities, price estimates and explanations are produced by an AI model and are provided “as is”, for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Product availability and prices change constantly and are not known to the app; quantities are rough per-guest estimates, not a guarantee that you will have enough or not too much. You are solely responsible for deciding what and how much to buy. Alcohol suggestions are shown only for adult or mixed-age guest lists and only if you enable them; you are responsible for complying with local laws. We are not liable for any purchase decision or loss arising from following a suggestion.
Fair use and daily limit
To keep the service available to everyone, the number of AI requests per device per day is limited. The limit resets at midnight UTC. Automated access, scraping or attempts to bypass the limit are not permitted.
Amazon links and affiliate disclosure
“Find on Amazon” opens an Amazon.com search page in your browser. Purchases are made with Amazon under Amazon’s own terms; we are not a party to those transactions. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We do not choose or endorse specific products that appear in Amazon search results.
Your content
You may enter free-text notes, a theme and a description of what you already have. Do not enter personal data or content you do not have the right to share. We may filter or reject content that is abusive or unrelated to party planning.
Availability and changes
The app and the service are provided free of charge and may change, pause or stop at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, mascot, icon and design are our property. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners; the app deliberately avoids naming them in suggestions.
